        安装完成以后，打开

C:\Program Files\NVIDIA\CUDNN\v8.3

        bin include lib三个文件夹全部复制到

C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\v11.6

里面。

        ok，安装tensorflow和pytorch

pip install tensorflow

pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple tensorflow
