python2 解决编码问题

实现zabbix 告警推送企业微信 ，结果脚本不能发送中文，一直报错：
UnicodeDecodeError: ‘utf8’ codec can’t decode byte 0xb8 in position 0: invalid start byte

找了好久终于找到解决办法，如下：
send_data = simplejson.dumps(send_values, ensure_ascii=False).encode(“raw_unicode_escape”).decode(“utf-8”)
在接收的参数后面加：.decode(‘GB2312’)
加上：.encode(“raw_unicode_escape”).decode(“utf-8”)
