正确的仰卧起坐是什么样的?

一、做仰卧起坐时,一定要注意正确的姿势,尽量把仰卧起坐的方向控制在一条直线上,不要太大幅度的偏离,速度最好放慢一点,不要贪图速度,更不要追求仰卧起坐的个数,做仰卧起坐要朝着一个目标,锻炼腹部肌肉,减少肚子上的赘肉,双手交叉抱胸,或将双手轻放于耳内侧,通过腹部发力,感觉腹部肌肉的运动。


二、做仰卧起坐时一定要把握好速度,速度过快或过慢都不能达到减肥的效果,一定要找出适合自己的节奏,而坐起时可以稍微加快一点速度,躺下时再放慢一点速度,这样才能帮助燃烧脂肪,达到减肥的目的。


简单的说,做仰卧起坐消耗的脂肪量毕竟是有限的,如果想通过做仰卧起坐来减肚子,一定要坚持做一段时间才能看到效果,而如果想要看到更明显的减肥效果,最好在做仰卧起坐的同时,结合其他几个锻炼项目,多管齐下,才能看到效果更快。
