torch库的记录

本来昨天应该有个记录的，哪知道，上午开会，下午修跑步机，晚上累趴了，就早点休息了！
今天明天又得开两天会，没办法，废话不多说，抽空赶快记录下学习的东东吧

torch库

1. 先看问题吧，常规动作，安装先，unix下刚折腾完前面的东东，不想再跑回去折腾，就这边win下弄吧，等会还开会呢，懒得切换了

3. 怎么办？找了一大圈，发现torch不支持win下的python2版本，需要升级，麻烦了。
4. 老老实实升级到python3使用吧，这是赶尽杀绝的赶脚！（等后面升级了再琢磨了）
