5.1 Self-reflection in ordinary life

  • Those who  take time to look back on themselves have the potential to improve themselves from yesterday and take a step forward both accurately and quickly for the life you want.
  • Practical and helpful habits should be easy and clear, and shouldn't be a burden in everyday routines.
  • It is your perseverance that shows the strong will and effort.
  • What we gave up: plans, promises, new year resolutions……
  • When 
  • Which of your personality
  • What were the reasons
  • What was the problem
  • What weakened your determination constantly
  • The reason we looked back on ourselves are for knowing ourselves accurately.
  • meditation can do in the middle of your study or work
  • Must do the first two steps: Go to the universe for maintaing objective mind; To cut from the world from your mind.

5.2 Stress is the impetus(原动力) for growth

  • clasustrophobia(幽闭恐惧症)
  • A person who is trapped by countless memories and emotions accumulated during their life, naturally has weak mental strength.

5.3 Case study on overcoming the self

  • We are all live in stress.
  • What is the reason for such stress to keep happening?
  • We are constantly exposed to stressful situations big and small.
  • These memories were causes of the stess.
  • 100 step: please count each step; if there were any thoughts at all, go back to the beginning and count from one.

5.4 Mind gravity(心灵引力)

  • Good or bad
  • My own illusionary picture world
  • Whether it is a good memory that is recalled or a bad memory. It must be discarded.

5.5 Health-mind relationship

  • Another most important thing to accomplish a happy life would be health.

  • highly opinionated
  • perfectionists
  • they do not accept the non-self
  • as much as their minds were substracted through self-reflections, their mindsets became accepting of others and their health improved.
  • When all are thrown away without even one picture to come up, we can truly live with a healthy mind and body. 这是说不要记得任何东西吗?让自己的人生从一张白纸开始???

5.6 Brain wave changes

  • We are going to see how our brain waves change in accordance with the subtraction of saved images in our brain.
  • If you are used to an idea in your head, that becomes an fixed idea.
  • If you are used to a behavior, that becomes a habit.
  • The root of your habits is the strong picture stored in your brain.

5.7 Meaning of self-reflection and mind cleansing life

  • The brain waves are complicated if the pictures are complicated and it's clean if there are no pictures.
