6.1 Importance off self-reflection; meditation expert's view

  • People can do self-reflection to throw away themselves and be free. And happily live their remaining lives as wished with a big mind of the world.

6.2 Practice of subtraction chronologically(按时间顺序)

  • Change the world
  • Uncomfortable relationship
  1. Uncomfortable
  2. I don't like the way that person acts and talks
  3. that person is also uncomfortable
  • If I throw away my picture world
  1. Treat that person with ease
  2. The other person's attitude will also change
  • I meditate for myself but at the end this is for the people around me and the world
  • Invisible Mind
  • The mind world is invisible
  1. We can throw away with the invisible mind, thoughts, and imagination.
  • We can't see with our eyes
  1. When we think about it, the pictures came out
  2. We throw them away they will disappear
  • We must have the faith and conviction that if we throw them away they will disappear.
  • In your daily life, if you want to become happy and make others happy too, through the subtraction meditation, you can achieve your dreams. 

6.3 Meaning of self-reflection in social aspects through subtraction on relationships

  • 把所有好的不好的都扔进黑洞里面。
  • The difference between when you just look  back and when you actually do the subtraction after the looking back.
  • They are nothing but the picture world that to be discarded.
  • The results would be beyond your imagination.
  • 这是让人没有记忆的意思吗?那不是行尸走肉了?

6.4 Meaning of self-refection in social aspects through subtraction on communication

  • The real problem is that words are not communicated properly in our daily life.
  • To communicate well without giving or receiving hurt, those pcitures must be discarded.
  • The more a particular picture has affected me, the more deeply it is engraved within my mind.

6.5 People at school practicing self-reflection continously

  • If you meditate at least a little every day, your future will be very different.

6.6 People at office practicing self-reflection continously

  • repeat practice
  • repeat discarding
  • The continously recalled pictures are intense memory that means that much to you.
  • You took one scene in your mind and dwell on it over and over again making bunch of other copies.

6.7 Starting point of peaceful life with wisdom

  • Where did I come from and where am I going?
  • When the copies were all thrown away and one had returned to the origin;
  • Living with the original universe mind is the human completion itself.
  • Due to the subtraction method, we are able to return to the origin.
  • The true happiness can be found when one eliminate and throw away.
  • Anyone can achieve human completion via recovering the infinite and pure universe mind of origin.
