The EM78P78911A is an 8-bit CID(Call Identification) RISC type microprocessor with low power , high speed CMOS technology . Integrated onto a single chip are on_chip watchdog(WDT) , RAM , ROM , programmable real time clock/counter , internal interrupt , power down mode , LCD driber , FSK decoder , CALL WAITING decoder , SDT decoder DTMF generator , MEI(Multiple Extension Internetworking) and RTF(Request To Flash) functions , and tri-state I/O . The EM78P78911A provides a single chip solution to design a CID of calling message_display.

1. 采用哈佛结构，16K*13的程序存储器和2.8K*8的数据存储器。
2. 36个双向三态I/O口。
3. 8级堆栈子程序嵌套。

5. 99.9%的指令时单周期指令。
6. 来电电压检测。
7. 低电检测。
8. 9个中断源，4个内部中断，5个外部中断。
9. 带有输入唤醒口。
