以UTC+8转指定param时区为例：

String timeFormat="yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss";
        ZonedDateTime utcZoned = ZonedDateTime.of(LocalDateTime.now(), ZoneId.of("UTC+8"));
        ZoneId swissZone = ZoneId.of(param);
        ZonedDateTime swissZoned = utcZoned.withZoneSameInstant(swissZone);
        LocalDateTime swissLocal = swissZoned.toLocalDateTime();
        DateTimeFormatter df = DateTimeFormatter.ofPattern(timeFormat);
        Date statisticsDate = DateUtil.offsetDay(DateUtil.beginOfDay(DateUtil.parse(df.format(swissLocal), timeFormat)), -1);
