R 语言在ubuntu下的安装

ubuntu 版本：11.04

R 的主页: http://www.r-project.org/

将如下的 软件源 

deb http://ftp.ctex.org/mirrors/CRAN/bin/linux/ubuntu maverick/

 /etc/apt/sources.list 中 

命令如下：

sudo gedit  /etc/apt/sources.list

## This software is not part of Ubuntu, but is offered by third-party

## developers who want to ship their latest software.

deb http://extras.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty main

deb-src http://extras.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty main

deb http://archive.canonical.com/Ubuntu maverick partner

deb-src http://archive.canonical.com/Ubuntu maverick partner

deb http://ftp.ctex.org/mirrors/CRAN/bin/linux/ubuntu maverick/

更新软件源：

sudo apt-get update

r-base-dev

安装软件 sudo apt-get install r-base r-base-dev

安装完以后输入  R 就可以进入R的命令端

接下来还需要安装 R 的 GUI（也可以不安装）

网络中有7中 R 的 GUI 软件

Deducer	Intuitive, cross-platform graphical data analysis system

R Commander	Basic-Statistics GUI for R

这个笔者使用的是RStudio。其他没有用过。

RStudio直接从官网 （ http://www.rstudio.org/）下载后，直接安装即可。
