(.text+0x2f0f): undefined reference to ‘函数名’

我的错误：

atom-fbp-remap.c:(.text+0x2f0f): undefined reference to `create_remap_2D_params'
atom-fbp-remap.c:(.text+0x2f25): undefined reference to `create_remap_2D_data'
atom-fbp-remap.c:(.text+0x2f72): undefined reference to `create_rotate_2D_params_from_angle'
atom-fbp-remap.c:(.text+0x2f90): undefined reference to `create_rotate_2D_data'
atom-fbp-remap.c:(.text+0x2fce): undefined reference to `calc_rotation_matrices_current'

分析：

我的.c文件里已经包含了这些函数的声明文件.h。

但是我编译链接的时候没有链接上，所以找不到生成的.o文件，就找不到这些函数的接口所在。

解决：

在运行脚本中的编译

mpicc -c remap_functions.c  -o remap_function.o

并链接

mpicc main-fbp.o remap_function.o atom-fbp.o mrcfile_atom.o filter-prj.o -o main -lm  -lopencv_core -lopencv_highgui -lopencv_imgproc
