The Siebel Object Manager was unable to establish a network session with the Communications Session Manager.
考虑以下解决方案:
- Login Siebel Application.(i.e. Siebel Call Center)
- Go to ‘Administration-Server Configuration’
- Open ‘Enterprise View’ and select ‘Communications Management’ item in the Pick List.
- Check if you have enabled all the Components in ‘Components Subview’, especially ‘CommSessionMrr’ Component.
- After you enabled these components above, you should restart your application service.
