UIWebView响应Touch事件的方法（不用Private API, iOS4 Tested）   

UIWebView响应不了 Touch事件，很久以前就很难解决。最后有一个叫做UICWebView的东西，虽然用了private api，但是可以用。不过－－－－UICWebView或者任何用UIWebDocumentView获得事件的方法在 iOS4 100%会出错（因为UIWebDocumentView这个东西没了）。用下面的方法可以让UIWebView响应Touch事件，而且不会影响 滚动拖拽的bouncing。

如果需要touch的个数或者坐标，也很简单，不过需要自己修改 代码里的JavaScript。

函数里处理即可，sdk>3.2里的特性，最近刚好做了个，苹果做的这个手势判断器挺好的
