介绍一个tensorflow安装成功率高的方法

用 pip install tensorflow,安装一半基本失败

改有下面一句就成功了。
pip install --default-timeout=100 tensorflow

如果不行，用：pip install tensorflow -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

如果GPU用：pip install tensorflow-gpu==2.4.2 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

可能会出现

ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'wrapt'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.

用：pip install -U --ignore-installed wrapt enum34 simplejson netaddr

安装过程可能还会出现如下问题

出现：tensorboard 1.14.0 has requirement setuptools>=41.0.0, but you'll have setuptools 39.1.0 which is incompatible.

Package ‘setuptools’ requires a different Python: 2.7.12 not in ‘>=3.5’

原因： setuptools 版本太低

办法：更新setuptools版本 输入 pip install --upgrade setuptools
