1. Download all-in-one installer from PCL website:

http://pointclouds.org/downloads/windows.html

It cannot be successfully installed on my laptop (win8, 64bit, Visual Studio2013) for some mysterious reason. But it was successfully installed on the other laptop (win7, 32bit, Visual Studio 2013). So I just copied everything from that laptop to my own laptop.

2. PCL does not support Visual Studio 2012/2013, it supports VS2010.

So change the project property:

( If I choose VS2010(v100), Visual Studio will just throw out some strange error related to cannot open cl.exe etc.. The error is not related to PCL, just some strange bug inside Visual Studio. But it didn’t work for me)
