1. Registry Tweaks:注册表调整

2. Right-click on Computericon on Desktop and selectProperties (or press WIN + Pause/Breakkeys). Now click onAdvanced system settings link in left side pane (Youcan open it directly by givingsysdm.cpl command in RUN or start menusearch box). Now click on Settings button in Performance section:

3. Open Windows Explorer and go to "Organize -> Folder and SearchOptions" and click on "View" tab.

4. Right-click on Computer icon on Desktop and selectManage(You can also open it directly by giving services.msc command in RUN orstart menu search box).

Now go to Services &Applications -> Services. Here you can set a few unnecessary services toManual, so that these services don't start automatically with Windowsand you can get a faster startup.

5. Type msconfig in RUN or Startmenu search box and press Enter. Nowgo toStartup tab and disable unwanted startup entries. You can disableyour graphics card's driver utility, Sound Card utility, etc to speed up thesystem startup and to increase system performance.

6. Open Sound applet in Control Panel (or typemmsys.cpl inRUN or Startmenu search box and press Enter). Now go toSounds tab andselect No Sounds from Sound Scheme section. You can keep some ofyour favorite sounds enabled but make sure to setExit Windows, Windows Logoff, Windows Logon and Start Navigation to(None).

在控制面板里打开“声音”小程序（或者在“运行”或开始菜单搜索框里面输入mmsys.cpl并按回车键），切换到“声音”选项卡，从“声音方案”区域选择“无声”。你可以保存一些你最喜欢的声音处于启用状态，但是确保windows退出，注销，登录，开始会话处于无声。
