1) Right-click on your Google Earth Pro icon on your desktop.
2) Select "Properties".
3) Select "Compatibility".
4) At the bottom, click on "Change high DPI settings".

7) Click OK to close all menus.
8) Launch Google Earth Pro.  You should see a larger font in the left panel, larger icons across the top, a larger compass control, and larger coordinates and other data at the bottom right of the screen
