conda env create --file environment.yml

这一句出现报错

解决

pip install numpy==1.16 --trusted-host pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org --no-cache-dir -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/
把numpy==1.16换成报错的
