从四点判断:

1.动机(Motivation)

鼓励这种行为能带来我们想要的吗?

是否包含独一无二的创造力,技能,联系,团队协作等价值

死否使枯燥的工作变的有趣


2.有意义的选择(Meaningful Choices)

目标行为是有趣的/有意义的吗?


3.结构(Structure)

是否可以数字化/量化?

数字暗示了不同选择的价值


4.潜在的冲突(Potential Conflicts)

游戏化中是否存在潜在的其他动机,是否会影响整个系统?


3.为了团队合作设计游戏化(Design for Collective Goods)


以Stack Overflow为例:


得分系统称为声望(别人的回答以及对提问的赞同,可以将声望奖励给回答的人)

勋章——做帮助网站的行为(任务)能获得勋章

更加深层次的意义(帮助同行)


4.为了乐趣设计(Designing for Happiness)

积极心理学(Positive Psychology)

积极的自我成长体系"PERMA":

Positive emotions 积极情绪

Engagement 投入

Relationships 人际关系

Meaning 意义

Achievement 成就


心流(Sense Flow)——做某种事情时,人们沉浸其中,甚至忘记了时间流逝的这种状态

心流出现的条件:

明确目标

在已掌握的技能与已知挑战之间的(难度)平衡

清晰及时的反馈
