DBCI与CBCI的区别和各车厂的标准要求（转）

BCI:   the  bulk  current  injection 
DBCI:  Differential mode BCI
CBCI:  Common mode BCI
BCI  is a method of carrying out immunity tests by inducing disturbance signals directly into the wiring harness by means of a current injection probe. The injection probe is a current transformer through which the wiring  harnesses of the device under test (DUT) are passed.

The BCI test method is 1MHz to 400MHz
针对ISO 11452-4:2011中BCI的要求，在1MHz-400MHz分段测试的要求，只是提到：

The injection probe shall be placed at (150 ± 50) mm from the connector of the DUT. Additional tests at d = (450 ± 50) mm and d = (750 ± 50) mm may be required.
而福特，通用，等标准将频率对待，比如福特的EMC测试标准，FMC 1278 :2015中提到：

DBCI shall be performed over the frequency range from 1 to 60MHz ,using two fixed injection probe positions (150mm，450mm)
CBCI shall be performed over the frenquency range from 20MHz to 400MHz,using three fixed injection probe positions (150mm,450mm,750mm)DBCI与CBCI的各标准要求
通用的GWM 3097-2012有如下分段要求：
Use only 150 mm and 450 mm injection probe positions when testing between 1 MHz to 30 MHz (i.e.,when performing DBCI).
Use only 450 mm and 750 mm injection probe positions when testing above 30 MHz (i.e., when
performing CBCI).
All (3) probe positions, 150 mm, 450 mm, and 750 mm, shall be used when testing from 1 MHz to 400 MHz for those devices, such as alternators, which have no ground return lead and use case ground only, or those 2-leaded sensors that do not directly employ a ground reference
克莱斯勒DC 11224-2007规定如下：

      Measurements shall be taken at the following two points;
      at a distance of 50 ± 10 mm from the DUT connector or case over all frequencies;
      at a distance of 750 ± 50 mm from the DUT connector or case for frequencies above 30 MHz;
    DBCI 主要针对低频范围，电流注入探头距离DUT较近，主要针对差模信号，在低频段不会出现驻波叠加的情况下,选择距离越近对实验越严格；CBCI主要针对共模信号，30MHz以上对应的半波长都小500mm,750/450mm的距离之间就会出现驻波分量的叠加,即在高频段DUT接受到的RF能量比电流钳在150mm处更大.

     对BCI区别分类，主要是为了提高检查的严苛程度。
