外贸人一开口,客户就知道你嫩着

很多新人在和客户沟通的时候很容易被对方牵着跑,就是输在经验不足、谈判方式太“直”教大家一招今多看老业务员是怎么和客户谈判的,揣摩他们的谈单思路,对自己的谈单一定是有很大帮助的!

1.客户说价格贵

错误:The company sets the price uniformly, the price isnot set by me.这是公司统一定价,我没办法。

正确:Many customers have compared before and finallychose our products.很多客户之前比较过,还是选择了我们。

We have many regular customers. why do they keepbuying back? lt is because our quality is indeedrecognized by everyone.

我们有很多老客户了,为什么大家一直会回购?因为认可质量。

We have all kinds of prices here, differentconfigurations, and different prices.我们有很多价位可以选择,不同配置,价位不同。

The specific needs should be combined with yourneeds.After all, the most important thing is to meetyour needs and budget, isn't it?具体还是要看您的需求,毕竟符合您的需求和预算才是蕞重要的,不是吗?

2.客户说同行的产品报价更低

错误:You can compare other suppliers.那你再去比较下吧

正确:l am very confident in our products, which allowsyou to choose after comparison.我很有信心,可以让您比较后选择。

3.客户已读不回

错误:stop following 放弃这个客户

正确:Can l know what is the reason for not replying to themessage,the price or what you have another supplier?您能够告诉我为什么不回复吗?是价格还是您已经有其他供应商了?

Friendly reminder on the validity date. can youplease further advise if the price is workable for you?Price will be invalid on Friday.有效期友情提醒,您可否告知这个报价对您来说是否可行?报价周五失效。
