Admixtools软件学习使用（一）

一、软件介绍

Admixtools相信做群体遗传交流的学者们都不陌生，最常用到的是3个群体的f3统计和4个群体的f4统计，此外qpGraph也在许多文章中使用。

该软件是由David Reich组的Nick Patterson开发，是为了研究古人类和现代人类群体之间的基因交流历史事件，方法原理详见文章

二、软件安装

1. 下载安装

git clone https://github.com/DReichLab/AdmixTools.git
cd Admixtools/src
make clobber
make install

2. 报错解决

在最后一步的时候有报错;

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lopenblas
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [qpAdm] Error 1

解决方案：安装openBlas

（1）检查系统有没有安装

ldconfig -p | grep openblas

（2）非root用户安装

git clone https://github.com/OpenMathLib/OpenBLAS.git
mkdir /path/openblas #create a folder
cd OpenBLAS
make
make PREFIX=/path/openblas instll

（3）添加环境变量

echo 'export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/path/openblas/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH' >> ~/.bashrc
echo 'export CFLAGS="-I/path/openblas/include"' >> ~/.bashrc
echo 'export LDFLAGS="-L/path/openblas/lib -lopenblas"' >> ~/.bashrc
source ~/.bashrc

重新进入Admixtools/src运行make install，安装成功后所有可执行软件在../bin文件夹里。
