1.设置行高和列宽

在 \begin{table} 和 \begin{tabular} 环境中加入如下命令以设置行高和列宽

1）\renewcommand\arraystretch{2}
这里行高设置为初始值的2倍

2）\tabcolsep=1cm

这里列宽设置为1cm

\begin{table}[width=.9\linewidth,cols=4,pos=h]

\renewcommand\arraystretch{2}

\tabcolsep=1cm
