1.质疑别人的创新性

Please claim the novelty of this work except for the new application in the ×××× system, because the effectiveness of ×××× has been demonstrated in many research works.

I do not see the obvious novelty in the manuscript, which only records some simulation results but lacks support from new theories. I do not think this manuscript can be published in its present form. （看到这话怕不是会被气死）

Can you explain why such ××× works by simply copying the configuration from ×××, it doesn't work all the time. Is there any requirement that needs to be met to allow such ×××?

The innovation and persuasion may be slightly weak.

The manuscript is not suitable for publication in terms of novelty, significant contribution, and presentation.

I would like to thank the authors for this well-written letter and for the interesting results that they are showing. I would like to provide them a few comments and ask them some questions before I agree on its publications. Please see them in the attached pdf.

A number of points need clarifying and certain statements require further justification. The comments are as follows:

Thanks for the deeper survey and the answers to the previous comments. But still there's a gap to be a high quality ××× paper for the following reasons.

 I think a major revision should be performed before it can be considered for publication.
