回复审稿人意见的主要原则：

• 礼貌谦虚
• 完整全面
• 有理有据

第三，有的审稿人与文章的研究方向有差异，或者没有认真读文章，导致对文章的理解有误，从而提出一些莫名其妙的问题。回答这些问题的时候，可以首先引用一下文章的相关句子，然后指出文章的真正意思。接着承认是自己的表达出现问题了，让审稿人曲解了意思，最后指出句子已经重写，表达的意思已经更准确了。这样的回答，既巧妙地回答了该问题，也避免了让审稿人尴尬。

第四，如果遇到了非常难回答的问题，比如审稿人质疑文章的创新性有限，价值不大。这些是文章的硬伤，是没有办法修改的。赞同审稿人的意见肯定不好，但是用回避的方式不回答更不好，既不礼貌也侧面赞同了审稿人。这个问题尽管很难回答，但是还是要去争取一下，比如再强调一下文章里面相关的几个句子。要知道每个人的见解不同，虽然一个审稿人觉得意义不大，但是决定权毕竟是在编辑手里，只要编辑在综合多个审稿人意见之后还觉得文章有可取之处，也就没有问题。而response letter是所有审稿人都可以看到的，诚恳的回答会获得其他审稿人的好感。

第五，审稿意见里面经常出现的问题是要求补充信息，比如更多的实验结果或者与该文章相关的另外的一些信息。这样的问题需要仔细斟酌一下，如果仅仅是审稿人出于自己的好奇，是可以选择在response letter 里提供而不是直接添加到文章里面。而如果对所有读者都有用，则需要加到文章里面。对于审稿人提出的不合理的建议，可以心平气和地找个客观的理由委婉地拒绝或者提供一些参考资料，不要让审稿人觉得你对他的问题视而不见。

回复审稿人注意事项

审稿意见类型

1、文章格式错误、拼写错误、图表标错、语句有歧义等等

Response：直接回答之前的错误，现在已经改正就好了。
比如：We are very sorry for our careless mistake and it was rectified at Line…
这里修改内容和格式问题，做到准确无误，并确保图片清晰，一定要保证图片清晰！！！

2、要求加文献

审稿人说要加，那就加呗。
Response：As suggested by the reviewer, we have added more references in the introduction part. According to 文献 1, … is …

但是，如果是审稿人推荐的文献，引用需要慎重。

有的审稿人会让你在讨论中引用自己的文献。这时候要注意编辑态度。编辑可能会表示：Please be critical regarding the addition of the references suggested. Add them only if they are important to support your claims in…

一般如果是同方向的可以引用，不是同方向的则不建议。如果不愿意引用，一定要说明原因。

3、质疑内容

审稿人可能对文章产生质疑，比如研究方法等等。面对审稿人的质疑， 可以引用已发表文献来证明自己的文章，说服审稿人。

在引用文献时，注意引用高影响力和来自权威期刊的文章，最好选择中科院 2 区以上的，更具有说服力。引用文献记得附注在后面。

4、建议补充实验

这时，回复也分以下 3 种情况。

（1）做这个实验。
对审稿人的意见表示赞同（We agree that more study or more data would be useful to…）。
如果实验结果能说明问题，则要把结果补充到论文中。反之，要展示、分析数据，告知审稿人已做此实验，但没有得到有价值的结果，并阐明原因。

（2）没有实验条件，或者不能在短时期内做这个实验。
看看现有数据能不能同样说明科学问题，也可以补充其他相关实验数据辅助说明，实在不行，可以查阅文献，告诉审稿人其他文献也存在同样的情况。

可以表示后期如果条件成熟了，或许会进行审稿人说的相关研究，这部分可以写到 discussion 部分。

（3）觉得没有必要补实验。
这个时候需要给出自己的理由。最好罗列一些证据，或者引用其它文献来支撑自己的观点。
