最近收到客户反馈的一个问题,无法保存Office file到OneDrive或者Office 365 SharePoint site,在保存时会弹出下面错误提示“UPLOAD FAILED You are reuired to sign in to upoad your changes to this location.”
此时点击File-> Info menu显示下面错误:
Upload Failed:Sign in required
You changes were send but could not be uploaded because you are not signed in to the server. Click Resolve for options.
经过排查,此问题可以通过在Office中重新提供Microsoft Account Credentials解决。具体步骤如下:
- 在任意Office Application中(例如:Word, Excel或者PowerPoint),点击File,然后在左边选项栏中点击Account
- 在User Information下面点击Sign Out,退出所有已存在的用户信息
- 关闭所有Office Application
- 打开Control Panel
- 找到User Accounts-> Credential Manager->Windows Credentials栏
- 展开下面显示的Generic Credentials部分,找到Office Credentials, 点击Remove链接进行删除( Notes:Office Credentials是以MicrosoftOfficeXX_Data开头的,例如Office2016的Office Credentials就是MicrosoftOffice16_Data, Office2013的Office Credentials就是MicrosoftOffice15_Data,以此类推。)
- 删除完成后,打开Office Application,到File->Account
- 在User Information中,点击Sign In并用Office365用户登录
- 重新尝试上传文档到OneDrive或者SharePoint Online站点
