Attend a Upward Feedback session for our manager. It is a process to identify those leadership behaviors which the manager's team values as well as those things which the team feels the manager should do differently. So it contains two parts. One is about list items that manager should "Continue to do", the other is about list items that manage need to "Do differently". There are 4 types of "do differently" behaviors:
1.Stop
2.Start
3.Change
4.Influence
The meeting have two rules: one is confidetial, no one in the meeting except the manager could share the inforamtion discussed in the meeting. The other is consensus. All attenders should agree the feedback listed. When we are discussing the items, manager is not at the meeting(or call "Standby"). It seems that it is anonymous feedback.
