Old friends meet.

Dear Red, If you’re reading this, you’ve gotten out. And if you’ve come this far, maybe you’ll be willing to come a little further. You remember the name of the town, don’t you?

I could use a good man to help me get my project on wheels(顺利进行). I’ll keep an eye out for you(留心你) and the chessboard ready.
-
Remember, Red, hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things. And no good thing ever dies. I will be hoping that this letter finds you and finds you well. Your friend, Andy.
-
Get busy living or get busy dying(向死而生). That’s goddamn right.
-
For the second time in my life, I’m guilty of(愧疚) committing a crime. Parole violation(违反保释). “Of course, I doubt they’ll toss up(匆忙准备) any roadblocks for that. Not for an old crook like me.”

Fort Hancock Texas please.

I find I’m so excited I can barely sit still(坐着不动) or hold a thought in my head. I think it’s the excitement only a free man can feel. A free man at the start of a long journey whose conclusion is uncertain.

I hope I can make it across the border. I hope to see my friend, shake his hand. I hope the Pacific is as blue as it has been in my dreams. I hope…
完结感言:
20天的时间学完了这部电影,第一感觉就是它常年稳居豆瓣排行榜第一名是有理由的,有些台词看着看着就感动哭了,经典台词Get busy living or get busy dying暗示了两种生活态度,最终Andy救赎了自己也救赎了Red
电影里每个人物刻画的相当真实,都能在现实中找到他们的影子,还有背景音乐的搭配堪称完美,经典就是经典,20年后我看着这部片子仍受救赎。
