这个函数除了对模块配置进行初始化，如果有分包和组包使能，则会对一些相关配置进行初始化如buf长度和位置指针等。如果不涉及分包和组包，那么初始化内容很简单。源地址合法性包括是否是loop back IP、预留IP、广播ip或autoip等，如果是这些IP不再往下分析了。然后经过头校验：版本校验，长度校验，checksum校验等。调用时机是在Icmp和Udp需要发送的时候，提供数据封装。取出协议进行识别，看是UDP，TCP，还是ICMP。上述校验合法后，继续校验源地址合法性。目的地址也需要校验，这里不细说。

The function components from Body and Comfort domain are identified according to the controlled group of actuators (motors, bulbs and other special devices) and type of operations (car access, lighting, comfort, acoustic signalling and other indirect operations like Terminal clamp control or battery monitoring (future function)). These function components can be grouped also in different ways considering other criterias. The defined subsystems do not always mean a strong link between the included function components. The subsystems are also linked between them by a set of interfaces. For example the Access subsystem is strongly linked with a part of the Visibility subsystem. There is a considerable complexity of interconnections inside body domain but also a set of interfaces are provided and required from other domains.

它可以用来表示Unicode标准中的任何字符，而且其编码中的第一个字节仍与ASCII相容，使得原来处理ASCII字符的软件无须或只进行少部分修改后，便可继续使用。像上面"AbCd"这种英文字母可以用一个字节编码，就用ASCII码表示，而"€"无法用ASCII码表示，在UTF-8中用三个字节的数字表示。为什么需要传入这些参数？网卡表示ping报文使用的源IP地址，目标IP地址表示发给哪个主机，payload数据表示携带的有效数据。传入的参数包括：网卡名称、目标IP地址、payload数据。
