润和HCIP认证套件烧写镜像失败的问题解决

为了学习OpenHarmony小型和标准设备的开发，买了润和的HCIP认证套件进行开发。按照https://device.harmonyos.com/cn/docs/documentation/guide/ide-hi3516dv300-compile-0000001146686054介绍的方法烧写HCIP套件的镜像，每次都是在下载完U-Boot后系统等待几秒后超时，遇到如下错误：

 *  终端进程“/home/vboxuser/Huawei/DevEco-Device-Tool/core/deveco-venv/bin/hos 'run', '--target', 'upload', '--project-dir', '/home/vboxuser/Documents/DevEco/Projects/OpenHarmony-v3.1-Release', '--environment', 'ipcamera_hispark_taurus'”已终止，退出代码: 1。 
 *  终端将被任务重用，按任意键关闭。

 和润和的技术人员一起进行了分析，发现虽然HCIP认证套件和Hi3516DV300 AI Camera差不多，但是还是有微小差别的，所以OpenHarmony官方代码所提供的U-Boot并不能使用，所以下载时需要把fastboot换成润和提供的u-boot_hi3516_ytb_3.1.bin文件，只有这个文件才能让HCIP认证套件正常启动。
