jdbcUrl 串在5和8版本下的差异性 serverTimezone

原jdbc连接串：

<property name="jdbcUrl" value="jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mysql?useUnicode=true&amp;characterEncoding=utf8"></property>

后修改为：

<property name="jdbcUrl" value="jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mysql?characterEncoding=utf8&amp;useSSL=false&amp;serverTimezone=UTC&amp;rewriteBatchedStatements=true"/>

主要原因是没有配置 serverTimezone参数。

原来使用的驱动包是5，所以链接没有修改，升级包为8.0.22后，对应的jdbcurl链接串需要做同步调整。
