Position Summary:

Yahoo! Global R&D Center in Beijing is fully owned and operated by US based Yahoo! Inc. We are seeking a senior Release Program Manager and Project Manager with strong background in running a full software development and release cycle in Internet and Windows related software development. In this position the candidate will play two key roles – (1) as a software release program manager, he/she will be responsible in managing the release and deployment of our software product into the real world; (2) – as a project manager, he/she will be responsible for running the team’s day to day project management in the full development cycle. The candidate will work in close collaboration with engineers, scientists, QA, and will have extensive interactions with various teams in Yahoo! Headquarter in US.

Minimum Requirements

§ Experience and knowledge on full software development cycle

§ Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

§ Solid computer fundamental knowledge

§ Positive and result driven attitude

Preferred Job Qualifications

§ Proven ability to transform a set of product requirements into a well documented software design and lead to implement it

§ MS in Computer Science with 3 plus years experience in developing widely deployed windows client applications in C++

§ Quick learning and analytical problem solving
