Worldbuy: Confidence index indicates the inflection point of life in China B2B

Currently Worldbuy has released a survey on the confidence index among the China B2B workers in recent years. The result presents the confidence index in 2014 is around 73%, decreasing by 9.5% compared with 82.5% in 2013. Worldbuy defines the index as their point of views on the development prospect for China B2B.

The confidence index derives from the following six factors, industry prospect, enterprise prospect, enterprise lifetime, their salary level, their working years, and their age stage. After the analysis of survey data, Worldbuy presents the detailed confidence index as the picture below:

From the data, the essential reason for falling lies in their opinions of industry prospect and their enterprise lifetime. That only 60% workers hold the positive views means they are prudent. Now the whole China B2B is experiencing the transformation from information to trade. They bear much pressure on profit and income, which many workers sense more directly.

For the embarrassed enterprise lifetime, the number of enterprise which is operated less one year and set within three years is less than that in 2013. The startup falling proves the lack of activity in China B2B and limited growing space. Besides, this year there has occurred frequently the phenomenon that some B2B platform operator merged and took over some B2B servicers. 

In the survey 81.5% visitors believe some new B2B enterprises would be listed within three years, while 30.9% ones insist on some B2B enterprises would be delisted. This enlightened Worldbuy that B2B enterprises have to finish the transformation within 3 years, or they may doom to death. It can be the inflection point of life in China B2B.
