fatal: 无法访问 ‘x.git/‘gnutls_handshake() failed: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.解决办法

 我在服务器上克隆代码时报错：

#git clone --recursive https://github.com/stevenlovegrove/Pangolin.git
正克隆到 'Pangolin'...
fatal: 无法访问 'https://github.com/stevenlovegrove/Pangolin.git/'：
gnutls_handshake() failed: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.

 将链接https://github.com/stevenlovegrove/Pangolin.git 中https改为http，也还是不行

怀疑是代理设置错了

取消代理 ：

git config --global --unset http.proxy
git config --global --unset https.proxy
 

然后克隆成功了
