S32DS芯片锁死，提示The target may have entered reset escalation

前言

晚上散步回来兴高采烈的准备调试MPC5748G开发板的FLASH刷写功能，开电脑后看了一眼开发板有点不对劲，复位脚的红灯一直在亮，打开S32DS后发现无法调试，提示he target may have entered reset。

一、分析原因

感觉芯片可能被锁了

凭借直接感觉芯片被锁了，因为以前做片上FLASH擦除、编程等操作芯片经常出问题。以前接触过各种单片机，NXP，TI等芯片被锁都处理过，感觉应该问题不大，解下锁就行了

不淡定了

经过搜索，很多人遇到这个问题，问题原因与预想的基本一致是FLASH擦除编程时，芯片复位或掉电引起的，有人说单片机死循环进入reset状态且不可恢复，一下子不淡定了，700块的开发板不会就废了吧

Yes, you can do that. Background: if there’s no code in the flash which disables watchdog, the device will be reset several times after power-on and then it will be forced to permanent reset due to reset escalation feature. To avoid that, it is necessary to force the reset pin low, then power-up the device, enter debug mode during reset and disable the watchdog. That’s what the “Halt Core at power-on reset” does.

二、尝试修复

根据上面的提示可以先让芯片一直处于复位状态，然后给板子上12V电，此时用S32DS链接板子。于是手一直按着复位键，换上上12V供电，用S32DS连接仿真器，看到命令行有反应，松开复位键后再次连接，板子恢复正常，满血复活。
