安装目录

C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Continuum\Miniconda3\Lib\site-packages\freetype

        filename = 'libfreetype.so.6'

找到filename

C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Continuum\Miniconda3\pkgs\freetype-2.7-vc9_1\Library\bin\freetype.dll

把freetype.dll拷贝到那个目录即可
