(2) Destination ID not matches the Chiplet ID - routed based on Management Port Route Entries

A Route Entry is used to specify a route from the Management Fabric within a chiplet out the Management Port associated with the Route Entry

Destination ID matches one Route Entries

RT-normal route

(1)Link is up

(2)corresponding bit of the TC Select field in the Route Entry set to 1

(3)Chiplet ID portion <= Limit ID field  &&  Chiplet ID portion  >= Base ID field 

RT- Default Route

(1)Link is up

(2)corresponding bit of the TC Select field in the Route Entry set to 1

(3) The packet does not match any other Route Entry within the chiplet

Destination ID matches multiple Route Entries

（1）ordered traffic class -> discarded

（2）an unordered traffic class -> routed out one of the Management Ports(vendor defined)

2. Chiplet ID value is uninitialized

Response packet

Link is up + Request packet was received -> routed out that same Management Port on virtual channel zero (VC0)

Link is down -> discard

request packet(based on the Entity ID portion of the packet’s Destination ID)

Not match -> discard
