解决ubuntu12.04安装fsl出现的“依赖，不安装”问题

sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver pgp.mit.edu 2649A5A9

Third: sudo apt-get update

Fourth: sudo apt-get install neurodebian-keyring

Fifth: sudo apt-get update

Sixth: sudo apt-get install fsl
