ubuntu 12.04 LTS 出现Could not initialize the package information

更新Ubuntu12.04时，出现如下错误：

An unresolvable problem occurred while initializing the package information.

Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the following error message:

'E:Encountered a section with no Package: header, E:Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/***_Packages, E:The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.'



解决方法如下：

1. sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/* -vf
2. sudo apt-get update
