Running Reports
Reports are lists, charts, or calendar-based views of filtered data from a table. Many applications provide useful reports by default. You can also create custom reports for personal use or to share.
A. View all reports - Navigate to Reports > View / Run to see all the reports you have permission to view.
A. Open a report - Click a report name, such as All Incidents by Category. This report shows the types of incidents that are consuming most of your employees’ time.
