本用户的anaconda下 >> find ~ -name matplotlibrc /home/username/anaconda2/lib/python2.7/site-packages/matplotlib/mpl-data/matplotlibrc /home/username/anaconda2/pkgs/matplotlib-2.0.0-np111py27_0/lib/python2.7/site-packages/matplotlib/mpl-data/matplotlibrc >> vim /home/username/anaconda2/lib/python2.7/site-packages/matplotlib/mpl-data/matplotlibrc change line-38 from "backend : TkAgg" to "backend : Agg"
根目录下:
>> sudo find / -name matplotlibrc
/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/matplotlib/mpl-data/matplotlibrc
>> sudo vim /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/matplotlib/mpl-data/matplotlibrc change line-38 from "backend : TkAgg" to "backend : Agg"(上个命令添加sudo,否则提示不能修改)
import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
