生物活性：ISO-1 是一种巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子 (MIF) 拮抗剂，IC50 为 7 μM。 IC50 和目标：IC50：7 μM (MIF)[1] 

体外：ISO-1 (0.1-20 μM; 16 hours) 在不添加重组 MIF[1] 的情况下对 Cox-2 分泌有轻微的抑制作用。

体内：ISO-1（腹膜内注射；3.5-35 mg/kg；每日两次；2 周）可提高致死性内毒素血症的存活率并显示出抗炎作用[2]。
ISO -1（腹膜内注射；35 mg/kg；每天两次；3 天）导致植入物平均尺寸显着减小并降低植入物中的 Flk1 表达[3]。
