version `GOMP_4.0' not found, torch7

I spent so much time in solving :

th run, but can't require 'torch'

use ldd   ~/torch/install/lib/lua/5.1/libtorch.so, then 

/home/silva/torch/install/lib/lua/5.1/libtorch.so: libgomp.so.1: version `GOMP_4.0' not found (required by /home/silva/torch/install/lib/libTH.so)

But when I use sudo or su, ok, no problem.

I mv /usr/local/lib64/libgomp* .

add : /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ to $LD_LIBRARY_PATH front

It works charmingly.

Months ago, I manully compile another version gcc, this is the problem.
