Steps:

1.Download official installation script ati-driver-installer-11-8-x86.x86_64.run(backup link)

2.Run the script to install the driver 
$ su -
# sh ati-driver-installer-11-8-x86.x86_64.run

Then follow the GUI guidence.

3.After the installation, run aticonfig to modify /etc/X11/xorg.conf

$ sudo aticonfig --initial=dual-head --screen-layout=right
Enable dual-head mode with the second screen located on the right of the first screen.

4.Log out current user to restart X-window.
