latex参考文献定义:一般英文论文参考文献需要自己定义,以下以Briefings in Bioinformatics期刊为例;这个期刊要求的参考文献如下:
Buettner F, Natarajan KN, Casale FP, et al. Computational analysis of cell-to-cell heterogeneity in single-cell RNA-sequencing data reveals hidden subpopulations of cells. Nat Biotechnol
2015;33(2):155–60.
其中超过三个作者要求用et al显示;年份在前。年之后用;号,卷号加粗;设置过程参考如下:
找到makebst文件位置。在你安装tex的地方。运行latex makebst;
操作如下:
操作玩之后,产生lrybib3.dbj文件,需要运行以下命令产生lrybib3.bst文件;

latex lrybib3.dbj

然后将其产生的lrybib3.bst复制到D:\soft_install\texlive\2020\texmf-dist\bibtex\bst\base地方
注意需要刷新,要不然不生效:刷新命令:texhash

之后就可以编译你的tex文件。
