闭链和开链是运动力学中的概念：

closed chain：远端固定，近端运动。类似于人深蹲，双脚固定，踝关节、膝关节和髋关节一同运动。顺便多说一句，锻炼动作应以闭链运动为主，多做深蹲，静力蹲、硬拉

open  chain：近端固定，远端运动。类似于哑铃弯举，肩关节固定，肘关节运动。

人的身体构造远胜于机械手。应类比人体结构，去认识机械手的运动。
