使用jupyterthemes调整jupyter notebook界面

安装及升级包：

pip install jupyterthemes

pip install --upgrade jupyterthemes

修改jupyter notebook界面：

特别重要：必须在jupyter notebook 的终端里运行上述代码才可执行，若在系统cmd或bash中运行会报错“ImportError: cannot import name ‘get_backend’”。
