What is Concrete? Concrete is a kind of soil made of cement, river sand, gravel and fine sand as the main raw materials, which are crushed, screened, stirred and mechanically mixed. The mixed soil after stirring should be used up within 2 hours and should be used as soon as possible. The mixing ratio (weight ratio) of the mixed soil should not exceed 10%. The uneven mixed soil should be treated in layers, and the thickness of each layer is generally 30 cm. 2. During construction: first mix the mixed soil with gravel or sand before use, and it can be used within 1~2 hours. 3. Maintenance method: After the mixing is completed, it should be used outdoors or covered for maintenance as soon as possible. It is forbidden to step on it within 24 hours after the construction is completed; if backfilling is required during the construction process, the mixed soil can be raised by 2~3 cm or 10~15 cm of mixed soil can be laid. Backfill with soil; if the ground is a cement floor, it needs to be repaired when there are cracks, exposed bars, etc., and it should be completed within 48 hours and cannot be repaired; if there are cracks and sand on the ground, treatment measures should be taken .

4. The mixed soil should be used within 3 hours;

Cover the mixed soil with a plastic film to evaporate the water in the mixed soil. 5. The concrete should not be exposed to the air for a long time. If it cannot be used up, it should be stored in a plastic film in time.

5. During transportation, the mixed soil should be prevented from crushing under pressure.

Stir the mixed soil well on the mixing equipment, and cover it with plastic film. 6. Mechanical damage and rain should be prevented during transportation. 7. Cover and store with plastic film. 8. The remaining mixed soil during transportation should be immediately covered and sealed with plastic film.
