AFNI program: 3dDeconvolve

Output consists of an AFNI ‘bucket’ type dataset containing

[-stim_times k tname Rmodel]

Generate the k-th response model from a set of stimulus times given in file ‘tname’

Despite the name, you can use ‘BLOCK’ for event-related analyses just by setting the duration to

generates 2 response models: one with the mean amplitude and one with the differences from the mean
Use is very similar to standard -stim_times，

Have some extra data measured about each response to a stimulus, and maybe the BOLD response amplitude is modulated by this
Reaction time; Galvanic skin response; Pain level perception; Emotional valence (happy or sad or angry face?)
