C++中使用 ofstream ifstream 写入读取文件

之前做表格增量编译的时候，每次需要把表格的数据读取进来。每次编译好之后需要把文件的Md5列表写到文件里。当时对ofstream ifstream 不熟悉，所以写了一个测试代码，亲测有效。
