这个题目的贪心策略，是：查看处罚值最大的，看看在他的时间限制内，能不能做到，如果处罚值相同，那么我们查看先看约束时间的。需要用到一个数组来记录，访问，如果放不进去，说明这个一个科目必然会被处罚
